Assets Under Management (AUM): The Firm’s AUM is calculated in the same manner as the regulatory AUM on Form ADV, which is the sum of total assets valued as of 12/31/2024 (without reducing the value by any indebtedness with the funds) and the committed but as-yet unfunded capital commitments of VWH managed funds.

Assets Under Securitization: As of 3/31/2025, measured as the sum of collateral unpaid principal balance (“UPB”) of each VWH issued securitization deal at the issuance date.

Assets Acquired: As of 3/31/2025, measured as the number of loans acquired since VWH fund inception.
